Viruses VS Bacteria

Besides being smaller than bacteria, I need to describe two other ways viruses and bacteria are different. Here is what I came up with, let me know if I'm on the right track.
1. Viruses are non-living whereas bacteria are not.
2. Bacteria can reproduce themselves via binary fission, conjugation, or endospores, while viruses need a host cell, be able to attach to it and then take over the cell and its metabolism.

whether viruses are living or non-living is still kind of ongoing discussion. Better would be to say that bacteria are cellular organisms while viruses are not.

According to what I heard- viruses are considered as living organisms. Living organisms are now divided into 2 clusters: 1-those that does not encode ribosomes (viruses) 2-those that encode ribosomes (everything else)

if you really want to go above and beyond on this assignment, probably dont need to, you go 2 routes. One is probably what everyone here will encourage you where you talk internal molecular bio of the virus vs bacteria. The difference in their structures of DNAs or RNAs, the different of proteins, the steps they take for replication and invasion. If you do that you are pretty much complete.

Or you can do the other slightly simpler route but more outside of the box thinking. You can talk about various ways bacteria and virus differ in their mode of infection in the human body. Some example would be viral infection are usually less serious for a specific disease where the fever is lower and the duration is shorter and less severe. .

Virus can die easily because they needed a metabolic machinery or cell host for living, they are not considered a cell..
And also viruses have Rna and Dna but not both...
While the bacteria lives and multiply fast in our invironment.
