Rate of organic matter decay, please help!Hi guys, i'm just about to start shooting a time-lapse music video in which the subjects are a pigs head, mostly soft fruits and flowers. I'm shooting on expensive 35mm film, over a 6-8 week period (1800 individual frames), so I really can't afford to shoot any unnecessary shots (ie where not much change occurs since the previous shot).
So the question is: Does anyone know what the rate of decay is for such organic matter if one were to plot it on a graph? I'm guessing it follows an s-curve but that's a stab in the dark so I would be extremely thankful if anyone out there has any clue! Cheers, Callum
