Is such woman body reasonable?

So I have a question, can a woman survive with such body (linked picture) and even be fertile? Why and what problems can arise? I would appreciate short comments...

First of all, it's just animated person not supposed to be alive just to bring lots of horny guys to play.

That's the whole point, if such body would be in reality would it function properly (it's basically...can barbie-like body exist?..)
I just had a discussion that woman would hardly survive or at least won't be fertile and since my biology knowledge is that of a middle school I had nothing to reply with. So I would like some scientific background on this matter (As I guess this is the appropriate forum for this type of question)

I can't think of a reason why an exaggerated body shape would effect fertility.
