No animals don't have blood groups as far as my knowledge. But the thing is same kind of animals blood should be give to same kind of animal who requires.

Blood groups are found in different mammals, but I'm not sure beyond that...

I know that without human other animals have no any animals .

some types of animals though have differant blood types than humans. They all have blood types so if they had a blood transfusion then they would need to get there blood type first.
