positive indole reaction

acidic, gas production on the lactose fermentation
negative sucrose fermentation

negative urease reaction
negative oxidase test.

First one seems to be a non-motile variant of E. coli.

Second one is either Streptococcus or Enterococcus. The test results you report for that bacteria are for tests designed to ID enterics. For this one you need to do hemolysis, bacitracin, bile esculin, etc...
