identifying 2 unknown bacteriasI have a gram negative, rod
positive capsule present negative amylase reaction acidic, curd formation, peptonization in the protease reaction positive catalase reaction negative H2S reaction negative motility positive indole reaction positive nitrate reduction acidic, gas production on the glucose fermentation acidic, gas production on the lactose fermentation negative sucrose fermentation negative simmons citrate negative urease reaction negative oxidase test. my other organism is gram positive cocci positive capsule present negative amylase reaction acidic, peptonization, curd forming protease reaction negative catalse reaction negative H2S reaction negative motility negative indole reaction negative nitrate reduction acidic glucose fermentation acidic lactose fermentation acidic sucrose fermentation negative simmons citrate negative urease reaction negative oxidase test
