The name or species of this bird?

Hi guys,

I saw this bird in Taiwan, it can elongate its neck. Anyone know the name or species of this bird? I tried to google birds that can elongate its neck, but show nothing similar to this bird.

Seems like heron to me.(although it has short legs, but it could be something from that genera)

first of all, hello to everyone! I just signed up to this forum just today minutes ago and this is my first time to write in here~!^^ back to this post, I think it's not a bittern! with the first look of it, it's a heron very much like in our local here in the Philippines~ Malayan Night Heron
