You hang on to your "Certainty", it is, however, sadly mis-guided. There is no entity or GOD looking out for us. There is simply nothing after the journey to death other than entropy / second Law of Thermodynamics, and the return of "US" to the infinite Monkey Cage. Please do not delude yourself that a GOD awaits........ "He or She" does not. GOD is, of course, the entirety of the Planet Earth, the Universe and Everything! Think Energy, molecular, atomic transfer.
Faith is a total cop out, a human constraint that makes certain people feel confortable about the reality of demise.... don't you think, really?
