sampling bottles

since i have no drying oven to dry my moist water sampling bottles after autoclaving, do you think the trapped moist inside the bottle will affect the results for total plate count test? what is the standard for water sampling bottles? should it be really dry or it doesnt matter if its dry or wet? can u give me a reference? thanks;

If the sterilization was successful and presuming effective capping - your only concern is probably minor change in dilution factor.
