how to make blood lysis buffer

Hi,

I was wondering how I should make this recipe:

100mM Tris HCL
100mM EDTA
100mM Nacl
1%SDS

I know i need to make stock solutions of the buffers but how do I make this into a solution together to make the appropriate concentrations of each chemical?

You can make 1M Tris, 1M EDTA, 1M NaCl and 10% SDS, mix 100 ml of each and fill up to 1 l.
