Intersect two microarray data or a microarray data with a ge

Postby jhon13 » Wed May 23, 2012 7:29 pm

Hi all

We would like to introduce a new tool called “CU-DREAM” for intersecting two microarray datasets. CU-DREAM compares the datasets of two microarray experiments with different conditions to determine if the two conditions share genome wide gene regulation pathway. CU-DREAM is an effective tool for the pre-screening of drugs, substances or environmental insults or the identification of the genetic changes that are associated with pathological conditions.
CU-DREAM(X) can intersect a GSE dataset with “a gene set.” This program is designed to find the association between up or down regulation of certain GSE microarray experiments and a group of certain genes.

All materials (executable file, user manual, examples) can be downloaded.

Please find CU-DREAM by google.

Please reference CU-DREAM and CU-DREAM(X) as follow.

Good morning,

Can I use this for Plant microarray data or is it only for Human Biology?

Best regards,
