Extracting proteins from foliage

I am trying to extract proteins from a leaf foliage and need some help. I can squeeze about half the proteins out as a solution but then need to concentrate them up. I am thinking of using pH to precipitate them out. Won't this pH change denature the proteins? Or should I use membranes to concentrate this? If I succeed in precipitating them out, can I then dry them to reduce the moisture at a low ? temperature? What temp should I go up to?

Any advice would be appreciated.

Us it for an animal feed application.

In such case it shouldn't matter, whether will they be denatured, should it?
But anyway, I would precipitate them in such case, because you've had to adjust the pH and adding unnecessary chemicals to feed stock is not good. If you have access to some device with membrane, that would be the best.

Won't membranes also trap any undesirable large species with the protein fraction? Thought it was better to precipitate proteins out selectively.
