Aggregate...multiple fruitHi,
This is just pure curiosity.... it's been bugging me all day and I can't concentrate of my biology flashcards anymore until I ask.... so there is aggregate fruit with is like a raspberry (single flower with multiple carpels) and then multiple fruit (multiple flowers each with one carpel (pineapple)... but is it possible to have a fruit that comes from multiple flowers each with multiple carpels? does such a thing exist outside my imagination? and would it be called multiple aggregate fruit or something like that? Thanks so much!!!
so is no one responding because no one has any idea or because you think that anyone who asks this sort of question is a complete idiot and therefore not worth your notice? Just wondering....
