GST infused with PP2a

I have noooo idea about this, so does anybody have any clues as to why you would infuse GST (Glutathione S Transferase) with PP2a (Protein Phosphatase 2a)? In this context, we were using E coli in a lab setting and growing it... something to do with proteins. As I said, I had no idea about this lab, it confused the hell out of me
