a simple question :
is there recombination in mitosis？
what is the relationship between the recombination and genome? i mean human have sequenced our own dna, what is relationshi between the recombination and sequence?

Recombination is typical of meiosis, not of mitosis.

Recombination does make changes in the genome of a diploid organim by producing new combinations of alleles -new sequences- in the haploid gene set of gametes (or spores). This is because each chromosome swaps fragments whith its homologous companion during the first cell division of meiosis.

Note that no new "data" are produced this way,just new combinations of extant data.
