What phase is responsible for me looking like my father?

I don't understand the movements and division of this things. What movement in a phase of the meiosis caused me to look allot like my father? I know for a fact that its not the prophase I, but i dont understand which other phase could be, they all look and do the same thing to me..

Also if you could help me on this, How many ovules are produced by each primary oocyte? Its not 2.

Probably the one where are chromosomes segregatted. Or more specifically, where they are attached to different sides of the cell.
