empty 1-2ml chromatography columns

Hi guys,

I am looking for 1-2 ml empty chromatography columns into which I could load my Sephadex beads... Do you have any idea where can I get them? GE for example only sells 8 ml columns which are a bit too big for my needs...

I would say that your favorite lab product company (like VWR or fisher scientific, for the big names, but many other companies probably offer the same products, generally cheaper) have that. But I would recommend in the case of those 2 big company that you give a phone call to your friendly sales rep. Their websites are worse than useless, and it does not seem to improve over time...

We have been using the syringe with bit glass wool method for a while and I believe it is time to move forward now that we have the bucks..... I decided to go for the Bio-Rad disposable columns - I believe they are the same as VWR or fisher.

Or you can use larger column with the adjustable top.
