Hi everyone,
I tested one new purified antibody. and Immunostained U2OS cells after fixing by methanol. Please give me some suggestions about this structure. Thanks.

Seems like cytoskeleton to me, but you will need colocalization to confirm.

BTW, It doesn't co-localize with F-actin and microtubes. It seems look like some kind of vesicles. But these vesicles don't like endosomes, golgi or ER, too.
