Tiny brown spots on chrysalidocarpus lutescens (Picture)

Hello,

I've been searching for an online botanical forum which can answer questions about household plants (If this is not the correct forum for such questions I apologize and hope that you can direct me to a correct forum).

My recently bought (1 week ago) chrysalidocarpus lutescens (about 40 cm height) has received countless tiny brown spots (see picture) on it's stems and leaves. I would appreciate it if you would help me identify these spots and advise me if this is a problem and in that case if there is something to do about it.
