Germination in water project?

I had to soak my seeds in 0% CaCl(saline solution) and germinate them in a 0% CaCl solution. These are basically water since there is no concentration of CaCl.

So what happens when I soak then germinate in water? Do they become turgid in both stages and keep growing?

I have a report so I have to know what happens! THANK YOU SO VERY MUCH!

1) it's CaCl2
2) if you did it, you should know, what happened, should you not?

Yes it is. That was not a sufficient answer.

Did you really mean 0% for both solutions? These are not "basically" water - they are water and it's silly to even mention what not's there. "Saline" is typicaly ascribed to NaCl not Calcium chloride.
