Is this statement correct? What exactly is the protein kinases then?

What exactly is the definition of "heteronymous innervation"? I found no clear answer on the web.
I read this next to a picture of the innvervation of the strech reflex. Does it mean that not only one but several muscles are innervated?

Kinase is an enzyme phosphorylating something. Protein kinase phosphorylates proteins.
