Difference polymorphic loci and heterozygosity

Can someone explain the difference between polymorphic loci and heterozygosity? I know you need 2 alleles/locus for both, but I don't understand what the difference is.

heterozygoty is state of an individual, while polymorphism is variance in population. And important is, that the minor alleles in polymorphism must be under like 1% (not sure about the number).
