HT29 colorectal cells, nucleus stain FITC (green)

hey.. i need some solutions... why is my cell nucleus stain green as in the FITC should not it only stain the cell membrane?
also why is it so faint and doesn't seems to be able to see it well?
my DAPI staining why is the blue so faint too...
pls help me troubleshoot and gif mi solutions.. thank u!
