Phospholipases

Postby MPH » Thu Jan 05, 2012 12:18 am

Hi everybody,

I was wondering why phospholipases that hydrolyze membranes contained in organelles such as autophagosomes and multivesicular bodies do not destroy the entire membrane of the organelle.

Thank you in advance for your help.
