is it possible to use PCR in DNA sequencing?? explain......i knw PCR can amplify a particular sequence of DNA....But m not so sure about hw it helps in sequencing....:/

Illumina technically uses PCR as well. It's quesionable, when is it PCR and when only PR :) :lol:
