DNA concentrationIf the concentration of a sample is 81.5ng/ul, What is the volume needed to concentrate the sample to get a concentration of 200 ng/ul
the total sample is in 28ul. I thought that you should use C1V1=C2V2, but all the answers I find seem like they are wrong to me. Please help.
Re: DNA concentrationYour formula is right.
- What answers??? There is only one possible answer to this (11.41 ul).
