it's difusing in the fluids as all other gases, it may leave the leaf or be trapped in the Calvin cycle.

Because gases like CO2 move randomly within a "container" such as a plant body, carbon dioxide molecules within some part of the plant may be trapped within the it for carbon fixation/photosynthesis or may leave the plant.
