tail PCR

Hi all,
i have a doubt regarding tail PCR,
i want to amplify 0.4centimorgan genomic region in wheat chromosome 6,wheat genome sequencing is under progress and not yet published.i know the tightly linked marker at one end of 0.3 centimorgan genomic region and i want to amplify whole region by doing tail PCR,can i do this?
please let me know how can i amplify this region where sequence information is not known

yep, genome walking should work for you (however, it is questionable, ho much repetitions there will be ;)

and flanking markers are ssr(simple sequence repeat).so there is posibility of occurance of this markers in genome will be more.am totally blank how to go ahead with this
