Can cracking finger joints cause osteoperosis?Does cracking your finger joints cause bone damage. I mean, can it have some bad long-term effects?
I think, till now I don't have any problem at all..but some people said that there would be a problem if you keep doing that.
Q: Why are chemists great for solving problems?
A: They have all the solutions.
I remember discussing this previously. Try to search the forum, you can find useful info.

taken from: http://www.health.uab.edu/show.asp?durk ... turn=18687 I don't think this leads to long term medical problems. But new findings come out every day. "Take four red capsules, in ten minutes take two more. Help is on the way."

It may leed to denaturation of blood vessels and/or nerve endings. But i doubt it. And even if it is, it shouldn't cause problems

Yeah, I don't even think it would injure nerves and vessels. I don't really see how it could unless it would be due to the sudden gas pressure release, and I don't think that this is enough pressure to denature these structures.
