Glomerular Pressure????

How do I calculate the net filtration pressure given these values:

Glomerular hydrostatic pressure: 56mmHg
Blood osmotic pressure: 26 mmHg
Capsular hydrostatic pressure: 15 mmhg

Predict what would happen to NFP in the following situations, i.e. would NFP increase decrease or stay the same? Decrease in glomerular hydrostatic pressure? ..Increase in blood osmotic pressure?

Net Filtration Rate = Glomerular Blood Hydrostatic Pressure - (Osmotic Pressure + Hydrostatic Pressure)

I don't know what the rest of your question is. Read your physiology or biology book for more background on that formula.
