reptile eggs

Does anybody here know, whether reptile eggs contain calcium carbonate? I though they do not, but now I'm correcting some laboratory protocol and I looked on the internet and

As a rule, reptiles are oviparous (egg-laying), although certain species of squamates are capable of giving live birth. This is achieved by either ovoviviparity (egg retention) or viviparity (birth of offspring without the development of calcified eggs).

Which would mean they do contain some calcium and I guess in the form of carbonate.

I think the inclusion of "calcified" was a mistake.

so it doesn't contain any CaCO3, right? Because even Czech Wiki says something about calcification, but I guess they just translated that from English Wiki...

I'm not sure that there's NO calcium, but the eggs aren't generally considered calcified.

I think turtles have calcium carbonate in their eggs...
