Viruses and autophagyHi there,
One of my question for an assignment is that viruses initate a process that is similar to autophagy. Describe the process. I'm a little lost here. I know that a virus inserts their genetic material to the host cell which may be incorporated into the host DNA and that autophagy is the fusion of a lysosome and an autophagosome to digest the cell's material. I'm a little confuse on how the process is similar. Can someone help me out? Thanks
