Hi, everyone!

I need help with method of spread plate and serial dilution, I have done the experiment but I forgot the method :oops: on the interenet the methods are given too complicated :S if anyone can help i will really appreciate it

We need more information than you have given. Those are quite extensive ideas that are quite variable. Try to email your TA/Prof.
