Hi. I have an examination in five days with a question on this topic. I don't have to go into toomuch high end detail, because I'm trying to pass senior biology , however I want to do well, and need some smart people to help me. I'm looking at drugs and their effect on cell processes. Can anyo e help? Thank u

What I think the question gets at is how do the drugs effect in general? I think the best answer to that question is that most drugs block or otherwise inhibit. But its true every drug effects the blockade in a different way.

That raises an interesting question. Are there drugs out there that cause upregulation of cell processes already happening to cause a desired effect...
