function of pfk and ldh

i am studying to be a personal trainer and have come across a question in my course that i have no idea about and my text book does not seem to cover clearly.
i was wondering what function does Phosphofructokinase and lactate dehydrogenase have on aerobic energy production.

Hmm...you're asking about enzymes...Phospofructokinase as its name is used to change fructose-6-phosphate become fructose-1,6-diphosphate.
Lactate dehydrogenase is an enzyme used to seperate some H and O atom from lactate acid to form H2O.
