Re:
"Diet" means one's diet, the type of food they eat. Healthy food diet is something that probably everybody should be on... Of course, people use the word diet when they mean they are eating in a limited or a strict way, and naturally that is often far from the optimal situation - even if the diet consists of healthy food, it can contain too little of it, or it can be too limited. For example, if you only eat carrots you would quite certainly be eating only healthy food, but the diet would be far from healthy nonetheless. So, perhaps Cat is right after all, and first you need to check your diet and if that does not help, then find a reason for your loss of appetite. One common problem with "healthy diets" is that people think low calories = healthy, which in your case could be the very reason why you have hard time gaining wight. Oh, and when you have fixed your diet (in case it is the problem), remember to do some resistance training to make sure the weight gain is muscle and not something that just gathers around your belly button (: A much rarer option is something like the coeliac disease or some other such problem, in which case some labs need be taken to diagnose or rule out the condition.
Re: how to become healthy? For possess good health you have to maintain a rule.
Regular Exercise, limited food, timely eat and timely sleep. try it, you get your hopeful result.
Re: how to become healthy? No worries man, it is not about the food is not getting digested it is more probably that you have high metabolism which means that your body’s energy needs is say 2000 calories and you are eating for example 2500 calories, your body will burn the 2000 calories (for basic functions like breathing..etc) and you will be left with 500 calories which won’t add much weight.
It is good that you realize that healthy food is a must unlike other people who rush to eat junk food in order to gain weight. Luckily for you I have the same problem and very skinny and I made gaining 6 kg till summer my 2013 resolution, check this post out http://www.mengainweight.com/908/how-to... it has some healthy high calories food. Just increase your calories intake and hopefully you going to enough weight gain.
Re: how to become healthy?Approximate normal daily caloric requirement for an average male who performs light activity is 2,200; for a female, it is 1,900.Consume a lot of high-calorie snacks (not junk food) such as cheese sticks, milk shakes, muffins, dried fruits, yoghurt and breakfast bars.
