Hard to say I have tried a few, and they all have weaknesses and good stuff. The sad thing is that since I was the prof I received the textbook for free and could pick and chose in multiple books for my classes. I would not have been able to buy multiple books.
But Nester et al. "Microbiology [a human perspective]" was in general pretty good and well organized. But that would also depends on the focus of your course.

For bachelor it's not easy to find a helpful textbook. Often you find more and better information in internet.

What subjects/topics did you find it lacking?
