Size of the 4th ventricle

I have been searching online journal for my class and I am having a hard time finding the absolute size OR volume of the 4th ventricle in the human brain. Most articles i see only compare the relative size between patients but I cant find any values that list the size in cm or mm or any units in particular.

Any help would be much appreciated!
