I am confused about anaphase, prometaphase and metaphase.

I think anaphase is paired homologous chromosomes separate and begin to move to opposite poles of the cell. The sister chromatids remain together, metaphase is the spindle fully develops and homologous chromosome align along the equator, but I don't really know what prometaphase is.
