ANNTI FUNGI !HI GUYS...
WHAT IS THE BEST ANTI-FUNGI THAT CAN I USE IN MY BACTERIAL CULTURE ? COZ, I HAD FUNGI IN MY BACTERIAL BROTH MEDIUM ! THANK YOU
Or just be careful with your culture technique, ie if you did not put a sample that contained a mixed population of micro-organisms in your medium, what you need is proper aseptic techniques rather than anti-fungal. Just saying.

Re: ANNTI FUNGI !Agree with canalon. If you can;t maintain aseptic technique and pure cultures - get out of the micro lab.
I'll also offer that cycloheximide is used in media where one has to isolate bacteria from a sample also containing fungi. Neither Nystatin nor Ampohtericin se soluble enough to be used in microiologcal media. pH is not a useful variable to prevent fungal growth.
Re: ANNTI FUNGI !
I agree both above. Use a flame and some ethanol and be careful. Anti-fungals can change microbioal physiology that is not natural and make your experiments not as valid. That grammar is terrible...
