Here, i have a quick question about Halide assay ...How can i measure the chloride gas from bacterial sample using Gas Chromatography ? and what is the procedure to prepare the standard value ?

just because it's called gas chromatography doesn't mean, that you can use it for measurement of any gas. I'm not experienced with GC, but the sample needs to be vaporized after injection.
