Analyzing lysozyme in biological fluids

Postby LadydeWinter » Wed Sep 07, 2011 1:47 pm

Does anyone have experience of measuring the concentration of lysozyme in biological fluids, especially in wound fluid?

Which method would be most suitable? What are the obstacles?

Other papers I have looked at use radial immunodiffusion. Take a look at this: http://www.bindingsite.co.uk/uk/media/file/MKG3414E.pdf. Look at page 7, under lysozyme.
