Well you both have a point there, but the truth is we have tried it. Or at least they claim they hace done it. Dr. Brigitte Boisselier said they have already cloned humans successful. Although i doubt that, i am sure they have dramatically advanced their ways of making it happen. Also it was tried at 2004 by Dr. Panayiotis Zavos, but it was unsuccessful at the time, since then he had tried again on 2009, saying that he was successful.

I am not sure semi-military, but for sure Dr. Brigitte is semi-religious regarding her work, and is not italian but global. Her religion is called Raëlism. Also the company she is basically running is made by the Raëlian Movement and is called Clonaid.
