System recovering fliud and proteins

I have been searching for this answer. I have my educated guesses but I need some help.
Q: Name the system that recovers fluid and proteins that escape from the capillaries. Also name the major components of this system.

Anyone know the answer to this? Thanks!!

Are you reffering to the interstitial fluid? Because that is where they go if they escape the cappilaries. Also, take note that the osmotic pressure of the plasma proteins don't let them do that.. or better said, shouldn't...

Or, you might be(and probably are) reffering to the lymphatic system, which takes the excess filtered fluid...

lymphatic system consists of lymph vessels, lymph nodes.
btw, did u no that lymphs also called extracellular fluid

extracelular(interstitial) fluid is a whole different thing than lymph. Lymph travels through vessels, while the extracelular fluid simply sits there, everywhere in our body
