hi, one of my friend lost his arm in a road accident doctors was tried to reattach his arm but due to internal bleeding that was not possible. now I have a question that after how much time any part of human body become dead after lost its connection from human body.

I am not a doctor but I would say that it depends on things like temperature, size and complexity of the organ, condition of "storage" etc. In general, nerves are very quick to die, skin and muscle are more resistant. And the presence of bacteria that can cause damages on their own will not help. See for example transplanted organs, they can be succesfully reimplanted after a few hours. But they have been specially treated for that. And they have minimal amount of damages, unlike what one could expect in a limb severed by accident. Even more so if it has been physically damaged even more (that is what I understand by internal bleedings).
