TSH synthesis screening and proper cell lines

Dear all,

I want to perform some ELISA experiments for checking TSH synthesis. I have to use Tαt-1 cell line. Do you have any suggestions of a plan B in case I can't get these cell lines in my hands? Should I search for another cell line with similar properties? Any suggestion is more than welcome.
