Chemical Functions of Bumetanide & FurosemideHello
biology online, I am a health science major who is working towards a bachelor's degree. However I am a little puzzle when it comes to naming chemical functions of drugs. I believe I have named them all. For example the drug Lasix should consist of a benzene ring, carboxylic acid, sulfur dixoide, aromatic amine, and acetamide. If I am incorrect may you please correct me by name the right chemical functions of that drug. I have sent the chemical formulas of both drugs as an attachment. The structures are Bumetanide, and Furosemide. Thank you, Plasmid 2011
