a few questions about the neuron

1. Does the neuron have an endoplasmatic reticulum(rough and smooth)? (not considering Nissl bodies) or just smooth? Or none at all?
2. Where do synaptic vesicles with neurotransmitter form?

not 100% sure now, but the neuron should have ER and GA.
where do what from?
