what are the differences between the fatty synthesis in prokaryotes and eukaryotes? i need atleast 4 points of differences...please help

Kindly have a look at the points....

1) Fatty Acid Synthase (FAS) enzyme is different in prokaryotes and eukaryotes.
2) Length of fatty acid differs
3) Site of synthesis is different (SER in major eukaryotes)
4) Transcription factors and many other genes regulate differently in both.
