PLEASE IDENTIFY THIS PLANT

Can anybody help me identify this plant? It is growing on the north coast of KwaZulu-Natal, South Africa.

that looks interestingly!
Are these two different flowers in inflorescence (like in sunflower) or are they all the same?

It looks like two different flowers like a sunflower. Any clue what it is?
