Quick question..how to prepare metal salt solution and basal salt solution and how can i make them ten fold?

Guys... If someone has any medium recipe for isolation bacteria,,,?

Add appropriate amount of your salts to some volume of water, mix, set appropriate pH. Fill water to desired volume.
If you want them 10-fold, just add 10-times more of your salts.

- bacterial species
- What you want to isolate them from.
